These terms are the agreement between you and Chill Goat Studio ("we"), which runs Leeg. By using the site you agree to them. If you don't agree, please don't use it. Questions: support@ourleeg.com.

What Leeg is

Leeg shows standings, schedules and results for recreational sports leagues, and lets the people running a league keep them up to date. Anyone can read a league's public pages. It's a free service for the leagues using it today.

If Leeg ever charges, we'll tell leagues first; nothing is charged without agreeing to it.

Accounts

• Accounts are by invitation only, for league staff and team captains.
• You sign in with a link emailed to you. Keep your email account secure: anyone who can read your email can sign in as you.
• Use your own account and your real name or a name your league will recognize.
• You must be at least 13 years old to have an account.
• You can stop using Leeg any time and ask us to delete your account.

League information

• Each league's admins are responsible for what their league puts on Leeg: teams, schedules and results. Leeg records what leagues enter; it doesn't referee games or settle disputes about them. Take those to your league.
• Results are kept as history. A correction is added as a new entry; the old one isn't erased.
• By entering information you confirm you're allowed to.
• Leagues own their information. You give us permission to store and show it to run Leeg. Leeg's site and code belong to Chill Goat Studio.

Fair use

Please don't:

• enter results or information you know to be false, or pretend to be someone else;
• try to get into accounts, leagues or parts of the site you haven't been given;
• disrupt the site, overload it, or copy it in bulk in a way that harms it;
• use it for anything unlawful, abusive or harassing.

We may suspend or remove an account or a league that breaks these rules, or to protect the service or its users. Where we can, we'll tell you why.

Our part

• We work to keep Leeg running and accurate, but it's provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We can't promise it will always be available or free of mistakes.
• To the extent the law allows, Chill Goat Studio isn't liable for indirect or consequential losses from using the site, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the greater of $100 or what you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
• We may change or stop parts of the service. If we stop it, we'll give leagues notice where we can.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. We'll change the date at the top, and for significant changes we'll tell account holders by email. Continuing to use the site after a change means you accept it.

Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, USA. Any dispute will be handled by the state or federal courts located in North Carolina.
